SUNDRIDGE – If the Strong Agricultural Society gets their wish the historic Dionne quintuplet house will be relocated to Sundridge.
The Society has a vision to create a “Heritage Village” on the south side of the fairgrounds across from the arena and feels the quintuplet’s home would be an excellent addition.
“It is history. There is a national heritage story to it,” said Garry McCreary, a member of the Strong Agricultural Society.
“We have a Pioneer Home and a museum there now and they are both filled with antiques and artifacts from the area. The quintuplets home would just be a good fit.”
